The July action at the tables continued to sizzle this past weekend with the start of the $10 Million Run Up Series and the first packages awarded to ACR Pro Chris Moneymaker’s tour event in Aruba.

Run Up #9 – $100,000 GTD
The 5-week Run Up Series began yesterday with over $10 Million GTD across 163 events through August 17th. One of the series events yesterday was a $100,000 GTD with a $55 buy-in that finished with 1,978 entrants. That meant there was a small $1,100 overlay. Here’s a look at the top three:

Moneymaker Tour Satellites
We ran the first of two Moneymaker Poker Tour Satellites that guaranteed 10 packages to the $400,000 GTD Main Event in Aruba this September. This satellite had a $95 buy-in and 10 packages were awarded. The final satellite will come this Sunday, July 19th at 5:05pm ET as our weekly Beast Tournament.
$500,000 GTD Sunday High Roller
The $500,000 GTD Sunday High Roller ($630 buy-in) tourney finished with 718 entrants yesterday, creating a value-driven overlay for players. There were 97 players who took home cash, including these three after a final table deal:

Phil’s Thrill
Phil’s Thrill ($10,300 buy-in) had 33 high roller entrants in total, which meant the prize pool reached $330,000. ACR CEO Phil Nagy, the namesake of the tournament, again took part. Here’s a look at the top three:

$300,000 GTD Sunday Banana
Our $1,050 buy-in Sunday Banana event finished with a slippery 279 total entrants. That resulted in a $21,800 overlay that brought more value for players. Take a look at the top three:
