September 10, 2026 The first four days produced 62,847 entries, more than $7.2 million in prize pools and an early scramble for the top spots in the OSS XL leaderboard race.OSS XL needed only four days to pile up some very XL numbers. From the opening deal on Sunday, Sept. 6 through the end of play on Wednesday, Sept. 9, the series recorded 62,847 entries – not counting flight entries – and generated $7,216,985 in prize pools.A total of 93 tournaments had run during that stretch, with the completed numbered schedule reaching OSS XL #70. Thirty-three tournaments cleared their guarantees, adding a combined $217,170 beyond the posted numbers.There is plenty left. The full OSS XL schedule runs through Sept. 29 with 336 total events and more than $50 million guaranteed. But the opening-week scoreboard already has a few results that stand out.The $670,800 High Roller Sets the PaceThe biggest completed prize pool belongs to OSS XL #13, the $630 buy-in High Roller that began with a $600,000 guarantee. Its 1,118 entries pushed the final pool to $670,800 – $70,800 beyond the guarantee.BADGERING finished on top for $130,209.51, the largest publicly confirmed individual score from opening Sunday. That gave the series an immediate six-figure winner and set the prize-pool mark the rest of the opening week was chasing. Another major result came in OSS XL #16. The $2,650 event drew 203 entries and finished with a $507,500 prize pool against its $500,000 guarantee. A final-table deal left NewYorkMidgets listed first for $95,311.68, followed by KevinParCoeur with $93,874.52 and Olivander1 with $87,459.25. The Biggest Field Came at $16.50The most crowded tournament so far was not one of the four-figure buy-ins. OSS XL #11L Sunday Splash attracted 4,752 entries from 3,024 unique players at a $16.50 buy-in. lukewarmwater made it through the field and collected $10,952.96 for the win. A $15,120 Bounty From 43rd PlaceMystery Bounty tournaments have their own way of scrambling a results page. In OSS XL #12, a player finishing in 43rd place pulled the tournament’s top bounty of $15,120. It is a useful reminder that the biggest score in a bounty event does not always wait for the final table. More than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets is divided across the three tiers, with first-place prizes of $15,000 for High, $7,500 for Medium and $4,000 for Low. The Main Events Are Still AheadThe first Main Event flight arrives Sunday, Sept. 13. The $500,000 guaranteed Main Event carries a $66 direct buy-in, with satellites beginning at $6.60. Day 1B follows Sept. 20, with Day 2 set for Sept. 27.The two biggest Main Events begin Sept. 20. One offers $2.5 million guaranteed for a $2,650 buy-in, while the other guarantees $2 million at $1,050. Both add another starting flight Sept. 27 before Day 2 on Sept. 28 and the final tables on Sept. 29.Also underway are four major multi-flights with $2.225 million combined guaranteed and there are 10 Nosebleed Stakes tournaments from Sept. 21-28 with buy-ins from $5,000 to $25,000.
