The 8th installment of our $5 Million Venom PKO proved to be another adrenaline-spiked spectacle. With 2,839 entries stepping into the ring across four Day 1 options, plenty of chips were thrown down, and the prize pool kept swelling. At the end of late registration, the purse hit $7,097,500, making it the fourth largest progressive knock out tournament in our storied history.
Of course, that impressive figure includes a whopping $3,548,750 worth of bounties. While this tournament featured 357 paid places, even more walked away with cash. And players didn’t necessarily need to make the Final Table to earn a handsome payday, so long as they played their cards right and delivered their share of finishing blows.
As far as the Final Table was concerned, berodualn and niceoneee were the last two players standing roughly four hours into play on Wednesday night. And with a commanding lead of 151 to 19.16 big blinds, berodualn didn’t waste any time.
On the first heads-up hand, niceoneee went all-in preflop with Q ♠️J♦️. Yet after berodualn called, that decision was nice enough to seal the deal for the chip leader. With a 9 ♣️9❤️2❤️ flop and 6 ♠️ K ♣️ on the turn and river, berodualn’s 7 ♣️A ❤️ delivered the final knock out blow of the tourney.

Congrats to berodualn on a commanding performance. After the last opponent hit the canvas, the champion walked away with $416,787 plus $128,088 in bounties! That’s a staggering $544,875 in all.
