“Gentlemen, start your engines”. That’s what we heard this past Sunday as our Turbo Boost Mini-Series was about to start. In case you’re unaware, this is a week-long turbocharged poker series with over $2 Million in guarantees over 31 extra events.

And even though the series has several days left (ends this Saturday, April 13th), we already have some exciting news. The checkered flag on one of the events ($30K GTD, $109 buy-in) has gone to our very own ACR Pro, Jon Pardy.

Here’s a look at Jon sharing the news on Twitter.

Pardy is one of our most popular ACR Pros, becoming really well known after our Punters’ Pad episodes in Las Vegas. He also was one of the Pros who represented us at the Triton Super High Roller Series in London last year where he obtained his career-high live cash ($39K).

Remember, the Turbo Boost Series appeals to all bankroll sizes, with buy-ins beginning at $1.10 and ranging up to $630. You can see all the tournaments and other info here.

The Turbo Boost also has a leaderboard competition, paid out of our pocket, that is awarding 10 seats ($2,650 value each) to the $12.5 Million Venom. This is of course our biggest tournament ever and it comes with three $1 Million prizes!

The best news is the Venom starts this Sunday, April 14th, right after the Turbo Boost ends, so make sure to qualify if you haven’t already.
