The 25th Anniversary Tournament starts this Saturday, July 18th, giving you a shot at a huge prize pool for a $250 buy-in. It runs through the end of September, with 21 total Day 1 flights and plenty of chances to build something dangerous before Day 2.
And yes, “build” is the key word.
This tournament uses a cumulative stack format. That means every time you advance through a Day 1 flight, that stack gets added to your total for Day 2. Bag once? Great. Bag again? Even better. You’re not replacing your stack. You’re stacking your stacks.
That’s how anniversaries should work. More candles. More chips.
The schedule starts with 11 Saturday-only Day 1 Turbo Flights from July 18th through September 26th. Then the 10 Day 1 Regular Flights begin Sunday, August 30th and run through Sunday, September 27th.
Day 2 takes place Monday, September 28th, with the final table set for Tuesday, September 29th.
