The prominent poker figures will appear on an episode in May
Hustler Casino Live recently announced that three more prominent players have confirmed their participation in the 2024 Million Dollar Game. Two of these players were the stars of last year’s event and are returning for the second time.
Several popular poker players, including Tom Dwan, Ethan ‘Rampage’ Yau and Daniel ‘Jungleman’ Cates, have joined the $500/$1K stakes, million-dollar minimum buy-in cash game at the Hustler Casino in Los Angeles. The event will take place from May 28 to 31 and features other fan favorites such as Tony G, Nik’ Airball’ Arcot, Doug Polk and Alan Keating.
The co-founder of Hustler Casino Live, Ryan Feldman, made it a priority to have Dwan back on the show after winning a record-breaking $3.1 million pot, which was the largest ever on the broadcast.
“It was super important to get Tom Dwan in the Million Dollar Game,” said Feldman. “He was arguably the star of last year. On that last day, he won a $3.1 million pot, which, of course, broke the record for the largest pot on a poker broadcast.”
Feldman had been targeting Ethan ‘Rampage’ Yau for a while. He confirmed in February that he was interested in Yau even before he pulled off what was arguably “the bluff of the year” in the 2023 Million Dollar Game.
The third player announced is Daniel ‘Jungleman’ Cates, one of the most formidable and animated players in the high-stakes cash game circuit, who will make his debut at the Million Dollar Game.
Feldman revealed that fans can see these three players together on May 29. The Million Dollar Game will be streamed on the Hustler Casino Live YouTube channel beginning on Tuesday, May 28.
