The poker pro is offering a unique experience to two lucky players
Nadya Magnus continues her routine of awarding women in the poker community coveted tournament seats to big events. The 2021 GPI Female Player of the Year will give away seats to two lucky women for the $10,000 World Series of Poker Main Event this summer.
Magnus announced the giveaway on X, posting that “the race for two WSOP Main Event seats that I will be giving away to two women will start early this year.” Soon after, Magnus revealed the two Main Event seats would be given to the two highest-ranking 2024 Female GPI players before May 31.
Only women with $150,000 or less in total live Hendon Mob earnings as of December 31, 2023, will be eligible for the seats. Magnus will announce the winners on June 1, who will have five days to contact her on X to claim their tickets.

Magnus has a long history of assisting women to gain seats in major poker tournaments. She awarded a Main Event seat to a lucky woman in 2022 and another to a woman who busted closest to the bubble in the world championship this year.
Magnus also partnered with the Poker League of Nations (PLON) last year to give away tournament seats, including the WPT Championship.
She closed out the year by awarding three NAPT Main Event seats, later serving as a judge at the festival with Joe Stapleton and James Hartigan to select “loose cannons” for the PokerStars Big Game.
Because the giveaway is only open to women under $150,000 in earnings, many who conquered the 2023 GPI Female leaderboard won’t be included, such as Maria Ho, Loni Hui, Victoria Livschitz, 2022 Female POY Cherish Andrews and four-time Female POY Kristen Foxen.
