The poker pro took down the €25,000 Super High Roller Warm Up at European Poker Tour Paris
Daniel Dvoress added another major result to his résumé after winning the €25,000 Super High Roller Warm Up at European Poker Tour (EPT) Paris. The victory earned him €286,040 and pushed his lifetime live tournament earnings past $47 million. The win came just hours before another marquee event on the schedule.
Dvoress had not competed since the WSOP Paradise festival, yet showed little sign of rust. He also finished fourth in a €20,000 (US$23,000) event earlier in the series, sharing the final table with top names like Mike Watson and Adrian Mateos. The quick turnaround highlighted his consistency at elite buy-ins.
Paris has been a productive stop for Dvoress. Three of his four EPT titles have come in the French capital, reinforcing his comfort on that stage. He has also recorded strong results at EPT Monte-Carlo and other high-profile European events.
Last year alone, Dvoress cashed in more than $8 million, continuing a streak of multi-million-dollar seasons. His biggest career score remains a fourth-place finish in the Triton Million for $4.39 million. That result helped cement his place among the top tournament earners worldwide.
Despite the numbers, Dvoress focuses more on decision-making than yearly totals. He often emphasizes process over short-term outcomes, noting that tournament poker involves small sample sizes and constant travel.
With Triton stops and additional EPT events on his schedule, 2026 is already packed. If recent form is any indication, Dvoress may not be done climbing the all-time money list anytime soon.
