Daniel Negreanu is getting warmed up for the start of the online series
Daniel Negreanu is preparing to fire up his livestreams once again, this time from north of the border. The six-time World Series of Poker champion will head to Vancouver on September 15 to take part in the 2025 WSOP Online series, and the move allows him to legally compete in one of the most anticipated online poker festivals of the year, where 33 bracelets are on the line between now and September 29.

Negreanu has made a tradition of streaming his online bracelet chases, and last year’s broadcasts drew a massive audience. More than 400,000 fans tuned in for his Main Event Day 2 run, proving his appeal even without a title win. This time, he’s eyeing several marquee tournaments, including the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship on September 15, which will be his first event upon arrival. He’s also looking forward to the $25 million guaranteed Main Event, one of the largest prize pools in online poker history.
The schedule is stacked with other highlights that are likely to draw Negreanu’s attention. The $10,000 Heads-Up No-Limit Hold’em Championship begins September 20, followed by a $1,050 PLO Mystery Bounty event. Day 2 of the Main Event takes place on September 22, overlapping with the $25,000 GGMillion$ Super High Roller Championship.
Later in the month, a $5,000 PLO High Roller and another $10,000 NLH High Roller will close out the series. Given his fondness for Omaha formats, fans can expect him to be especially active in the four-card events.
So far, early action has seen Spain and Brazil dominate the bracelet tally, with two wins apiece. Sergi Reixach captured the biggest prize so far, earning $465,614 in the $300 Gladiators of Poker event. With Negreanu now joining the chase, fans will have plenty to follow as he streams his pursuit of another piece of WSOP gold.
