Another big poker tournament series is waiting for players of all levels
Following the success of their Spring Festival, WPT Global is raising the stakes this summer with two online poker series boasting a combined $10 million in guaranteed prizes. The festivals cater to all bankrolls, with a wide range of buy-in options.

The first series, the Preheat Festival, kicks off on July 12 and runs until July 21. This 10-day tournament bonanza features 160 events with a collective $3 million guaranteed prize pool. Buy-ins are expected to cater to a variety of bankrolls, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
The festival’s centerpiece is the $220 Championship event boasting a guaranteed $300,000 prize pool. Players on a tighter budget can participate in the mini-version for just $22, with a respectable $80,000 guaranteed prize pool.
High rollers can take a shot at the $2,100 PKO High Roller, offering a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool in the popular Progressive Knockout format. These are just a few highlights; the full schedule promises a diverse selection of formats, variations, and buy-ins.
Following the Preheat, the Summer Festival takes center stage from July 28 to August 18. This series boasts a staggering $7 million guaranteed prize pool spread across its schedule. While details are still emerging, the format is expected to mirror the successful Spring Festival.
This translates to a wide range of buy-ins, including high-stakes events, all vying for sizable prize pools. Players will have the chance to not only win big but also potentially secure entry into live World Poker Tour events.
Currently, the only confirmed event is the $220 Championship with a guaranteed $500,000 prize pool. Leading up to the tournament, WPT Global will host numerous satellites on their app, offering affordable entry options. Additionally, Preheat Festival winners will receive free tickets to the Summer Festival Championship.
From mid-July to mid-August, WPT Global will host hundreds of tournaments with substantial guarantees. These events are known for their softer fields compared to other online platforms.
