Several well-known names continue to rank high with poker fans
Poker is a game that combines skill, strategy and luck. Over the years, the achievements of some of the most iconic figures in poker have been widely recognized and celebrated by fans worldwide. Clubs Poker created a list using The Hendon Mob data to find out which players received the most attention. The names on the list probably won’t be surprising to most poker fans.
Players were ranked by website views starting from January 1, 2008, along with their career live earnings. Erik Seidel ranks fifth on the list with 567,343 unique hits on The Hendon Mob. He has 10 WSOP bracelets, 147 career cashes, and $45,723,570 in live earnings.
Bryn Kenney is fourth with 732,871 unique hits. He broke the record for the biggest pot won, collecting $20.6 million at the 2019 Triton Million. He’s second in all-time live earnings with $65,195,990 and has a career-best cash of $20,563,324.
Phil Hellmuth ranks third with 740,058 unique hits and holds the most WSOP bracelets with 17. He became the youngest champion at 24 and has reached 71 final tables, earning $17.9 million at the WSOP. “The Poker Brat” has $29,967,254 in career live earnings.
Justin Bonomo has 765,432 unique hits, ranking him second. In 2005, he became the youngest player to reach the final table at a televised event, at 19. Bonomo is first in all-time winnings with $63,405,741.
Topping the list is Phil Ivey, who had 946,389 unique hits. The legend is tied for second with 10 WSOP bracelets and was the first player to beat Amarillo Slim heads-up at the 2000 WSOP final table. He has a career-best live cash of $3,582,753 and total live earnings of $41,673,045.
