ACR Pro Katie Lindsay just did us proud in Las Vegas, securing an 8th place finish in Event #75: $1,000 Mini Main Event at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP).
Despite its mini name, the event drew a massive field of 10,794 entries, building a significant $9,498,720 prize pool. Katie battled her way through the huge field and pocketed $114,260 for her deep final table finish.
Katie’s Final Hand
Katie’s spot at the table came to an end in a tough spot. From under the gun, Martin Kabrhel raised to 8,000,000 chips. Katie Lindsay, acting from the cutoff position, went all-in with her last 24,000,000 chips. Kabrhel immediately called and the cards were revealed:
Katie Lindsay: K♠ Q♥
Martin Kabrhel: A♠ A♥
Katie needed serious help to stay alive, but the board ran out 3♥ 10♦ A♣ 2♠ 9♥, sealing her fate and sending her out in 8th place.
A Strong Showing on Poker’s Biggest Stage
Despite the tough beat, Katie’s deep run in this popular WSOP event is a testament to her skills and determination. We’re proud to have her representing ACR Poker on poker’s biggest stage.
