The series adds new events to attract more players of all levels
Hundreds of exciting events are featured beginning this week at Global Poker as it kicks off 21 days of action at Grizzly Games VII today. The annual online series features 108 Gold Coin and 108 Sweeps Coin events from January 29 through February 18. There are GC 953,500,000 and SC 2,130,000 in total guaranteed prizes to be awarded during the series, with two main events carrying guarantees of GC 40,000,000 and SC 200,000.
Players were able to enter the opening freerolls on January 28, where they could win a total of GC 2,000,000 and SC 200,000 when they opened a Global Poker account and entered online. With no buy-ins, anyone could get in on the thrilling action for free and start building their bankroll.
Pop-up freerolls will also be available at Global Poker during Grizzly Games VII every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays through February 11.
Players will also compete for prizes on the GC and SC leaderboards at Grizzly Games VII. Those on the leaderboards will have a chance to win Global Poker merchandise and cash payouts. The player finishing at the top of the GC leaderboard will take home GC 5,000,000 and a Grizzly Games VII trophy, T-shirt, hoodie and cap.
The SC leaderboard winner will receive a $5,000 prize package and the chance to represent Global Poker at a live future event. Tournament winners will also earn Global Poker merchandise, custom avatars and the coveted Grizzly Games VII trophy.
