This Thursday’s event may feature Phil Hellmuth as the emcee
The Charity Series of Poker (CSOP) hosts an “All In For Epilepsy” event on February 8 at View Nightclub at Palms in Las Vegas. Attendees can mingle with former professional athletes like Ricky Williams, Dennis Rodman, Lawrence Taylor and Willie Gault, and all-time WSOP bracelet leader Phil Hellmuth may also emcee the event.
For $400, players can get an entry into the poker tournament and attend the silent auction and cocktail hour. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Hundley Foundation, a nonprofit that has been helping families impacted by epilepsy and other disabilities since it was founded in 2019.
“From championing epilepsy and fostering epilepsy awareness and community development to our fatherhood program and providing grift to families during the holidays, the Hundley Foundation is a dynamic force for change,” wrote the CSOP of the event. “We believe in the power of collective action and are resolute in our mission to create and support initiatives that focus on health, wellness, and education in disenfranchised communities.”
The cocktail hour begins at 6 PM, where attendees can enjoy appetizers and an open bar until the turbo tournament starts at 7 PM. Players will compete for various prizes, including a $10,000 seat in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event for the winner.
Packages available at the silent auction include a two-night stay at ARIA, two glass seats to a Vegas Golden Knights game, a Brad Garrett Meet and Greet comedy show and a seat to a celebrity cash game.
The CSOP also announced that Event #60: “All in Gala,” to benefit UNLV Hockey, will be held on February 24 at The Stirling Club in Las Vegas.
