The 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online tournament series is set to kick off in just a week, offering 33 bracelet events to players across Nevada, New Jersey, and Michigan. The online festival, which runs from September 29 through November 12, gives poker enthusiasts a chance to compete for WSOP bracelets from the comfort of their homes. Pennsylvania players will also get in on the action, with four additional bracelet events exclusively for them.
With buy-ins ranging from $250 to $5,300, the series caters to a wide range of players, from casual participants to high rollers. WSOP Executive Director Ty Stewart expressed excitement about the upcoming events, noting that the expanded access across multiple states—now including Michigan—will allow more players than ever to take part. Stewart emphasized that the 2024 series is expected to feature some of the largest online prize pools of the year, making it a can’t-miss opportunity for poker players nationwide.
This year’s WSOP Online will feature a variety of formats, including popular options like mystery bounty events, Pot-Limit Omaha, and progressive knockout (PKO) tournaments. The series will also take advantage of the recent software upgrades to the WSOP Online platform, promising participants a smooth and enhanced experience.
As online poker continues to grow in popularity across the US, the WSOP Online tournament series remains a marquee event on the calendar, drawing players from all over the country. With huge prize pools, exciting game formats, and the allure of a WSOP bracelet, the 2024 series promises to be one of the biggest online poker festivals of the year.
