ACR Poker’s OSS XL Final Sunday Brings $4.5M Main Event Flights and $25.5K Nosebleed

The last Day 1 flights in the $2.5 million and $2 million Main Events headline September 27, alongside a $750,000 guarantee and the biggest buy-in of Second Mortgage Week.

ACR Poker is loading its final OSS XL Sunday with two last-chance Main Event flights, a packed supporting schedule and the largest buy-in of Second Mortgage Week. On Sunday, September 27, players can chase the series’ biggest guarantees or take a shot for as little as $1.65.

The center of the day is the final Day 1B pairing in the $50 million-plus OSS XL. The $2,650 Main Event guarantees $2.5 million, while the $1,050 Main Event guarantees $2 million. Second Mortgage Week is also expected to continue to draw familiar high-stakes names, including ACR Pros Chris Moneymaker and Alex Foxen.

Everyone who advances in either Main Event flight returns for Day 2 on Monday, September 28, with the final tables scheduled for Tuesday, September 29.

The third Main Event has already reached its next stage. The $66 Main Event returns for Day 2 on Sunday with 493 players competing for a guaranteed $500,000 prize pool after a $202,100 overlay. That gives railbirds and remaining players another Main Event to follow while the two larger editions build their Day 2 fields.

The schedule does not stop at the three Main Events. A $750,000 guaranteed tournament carries a $630 buy-in, The Moneymaker puts $300,000 guaranteed behind a $109 entry, and the $75,000 GTD Sunday Splash and $150,000 GTD Sunday Smash return at $16.50 and $33.

Then comes the day’s biggest number: $25,500. The NLH 8-Max is the peak buy-in of Second Mortgage Week and shares the schedule with a $5,200 NLH 8-Max. No actual mortgage is required. A healthy respect for variance probably is.

Two Last Chances at $4.5 Million

The $2.5 million and $2 million Main Events opened with Day 1A on September 20 with 468 and 950 entries, respectively. Sunday’s Day 1B flights are the final entry points before the survivors combine for Day 2 on Monday.

That makes Sunday the decision day. The $2,650 version offers the larger prize pool, while the $1,050 version keeps the direct entry closer to four figures. Players can also check the tournament lobby for available qualification routes before the flights begin.

The $66 Main Event Reaches Day 2

The $66 Main Event took a different route through the series. Its starting flights ran on September 13 and 20, leaving 493 players for Sunday’s play-to-completion Day 2. The tournament carries a full $500,000 guarantee after the overlay, giving lower-stakes qualifiers a major title to settle before the two larger Main Events resume on Monday.

The Nosebleeds Hit Their Peak

Second Mortgage Week is part of the OSS XL and features 10 Nosebleed Stakes tournaments across five playing days, with buy-ins ranging from $5,200 to $25,500. Sunday supplies the ceiling: a $25,500 NLH 8-Max, followed one hour later on the published schedule by a $5,200 NLH 8-Max.

Moneymaker summed up the attraction before the week began: “You get to watch top-level poker players compete every day.” Completed final tables can also be revisited through ACR Poker’s Final Table Replayer, where exposed hole cards turn the biggest buy-in decisions into study material.

A Full Sunday Beyond the Headliners

Players who are not entering a Main Event or a Nosebleed still have a long menu. The schedule includes jackpot events, PKOs, Mystery Bounties, PLO and PLO8, plus buy-ins from $1.65 through $630. A $250,000 High Roller and $100,000 PKO sit alongside the Sunday Splash, Sunday Smash and multiple late-session turbos.

Every cash can also matter beyond the individual tournament. The OSS XL Leaderboard Competition runs through September 29 with more than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets across High, Medium and Low buy-in standings.

The Series Continues After Sunday

Final Sunday is the biggest remaining day, but OSS XL does not end when the last Sunday tournament bags its chips. The two larger Main Events return Monday for Day 2 and reach their final tables Tuesday. Second Mortgage Week also closes Monday with a $15,400 NLH 8-Max and a $5,200 NLH 6-Max rebuy and add-on event.
