Our $8 Million Mystery Bounty and $2 Million PLO Venom Tourneys Begin This Sunday

Can you believe it’s already August? Time flies, and it’s brought us something doubly exciting — a spectacular pair of poker tournaments unlike any we’ve witnessed before. After bringing you our unprecedented $12.5 Million Venom tournament this spring, we’re taking our iconic tournament in two exciting new directions.

The $8 Million GTD Mystery Bounty and the $2 Million GTD PLO Venom tournaments are historic firsts as our biggest Mystery Bounty and PLO tourneys to date, and they get underway this Sunday, August 4^th with the first of five Day 1 options. And yes, these tournaments are running in parallel.

With an $8 Million guaranteed prize pool, this is our largest-ever Mystery Bounty event. What’s even more exciting is that the top bounty is a whopping $500,000. That’s an unprecedented half a million bucks for a single knockout blow. As for the PLO Venom, we’re expecting a top prize of around $400,000.

We’re running Venom Fever right now and guaranteeing nearly 900 free seats for the Mystery Bounty Venom via a variety of satellite tournaments, and an additional 100 seats for the PLO Venom are up for the taking through Direct Satellites. And before you decide which days to play, you should know that tournaments give you the option to play multiple Day 1s to build a larger stack for Day 2. Also, once you reach Day 2 in the Mystery Bounty, you’ll already be in the money!
