Inside Brazil’s Dual Venom Final Tables: The Hands That Defined Pedote, Orlando and Dzivielevski

A six-figure NLH finish, a full-house fold and a painful PLO cooler gave Brazil three very different stories in ACR Poker’s October PKOs.

A full house is not a hand many players enjoy folding. Yet that is exactly what José Orlando did at ACR Poker’s October Pot-Limit Omaha Venom PKO final table. Facing a major river raise, the Brazilian released his hand. Reporting on the completed hand later showed that his opponent held an even bigger full house.

It was one of several telling moments as three Brazilians competed at the final tables of ACR Poker’s $6.5 million Dual Venom PKOs on October 21. Victor Pedote finished seventh in No-Limit Hold’em for approximately $104,088. Orlando placed fourth in PLO for about $82,743, and Yuri Martins Dzivielevski took fifth in the same event for roughly $72,633. All three totals include collected bounties.

Their finishing positions tell only part of the story. Pedote faced a difficult path from the lower half of the NLH chip counts; Orlando navigated a huge fold and a fierce short-stack battle; and Dzivielevski went from PLO title contention to a decisive confrontation in the blinds.

Victor Pedote: An ace-high flop sets up a decisive NLH hand

Playing as “meteli goli,” Pedote returned to the nine-handed NLH final table with 44,020,731 chips, seventh on the leaderboard. The $2,650 event had drawn 2,143 entries and built a $5,357,500 prize pool, so every place at the final table carried a substantial regular payout on top of any bounty money already earned.

Pedote had collected approximately $38,769 in bounties by the time he reached the final stage. His biggest remaining challenge was finding room to climb through a lineup headed by “Nyts14,” “ArkaduktusFrRM” and “Pepareg1,” each returning with considerably more chips.

The defining hand came when Pedote held ace-four of hearts on an ace-king-jack flop. He check-shoved, but “Lappy” called with ace-jack, already ahead with two pair. A nine on the turn did not change matters, and another ace on the river gave Lappy a full house. Pedote was out in seventh.

His regular seventh-place prize was $65,318.64. Combined with the bounties, it brought his total return to approximately $104,088. More than a third of that amount had come from knockouts—a reminder that a PKO run’s value is not determined by final position alone.

José Orlando: A full-house fold, then a fight for every blind

Orlando, known online as “Blessed33” and often called “Orlandinho,” began the seven-handed PLO final table fourth in chips with 35,541,239. Early on, he faced a decision that stood out even before the tournament reached its tense closing stages.

In a three-way pot against Brian Hastings and “Juantman,” the board ran king-jack-three-king-seven. Holding queen-ten-seven-seven, Orlando made a full house and led the river. Juantman responded with a pot-sized raise. Orlando thought it over and folded; Juantman held king-queen-jack-ten for a larger full house. It was a costly-looking hand to surrender, but the laydown avoided an even bigger loss.

As the table tightened, Orlando and Hastings both found themselves fighting to survive on single-digit big-blind stacks. Orlando managed to stay alive through one short-stack all-in, but the respite was brief.

In his last hand, Orlando committed his remaining stack of roughly four big blinds with ace-king-jack-seven. The eventual champion, “tigerseyes,” held ace-nine-five-three and connected with a three-eight-five flop. An eight on the turn left Orlando a chance, but the river five completed a full house for his opponent, ending the Brazilian’s run in fourth.

Orlando earned approximately $67,526 in regular prize money and $15,217 in bounties, totaling $82,743. It was another deep PLO Venom finish for a player who had already taken third in April and had fallen just short of the final table in September.

Yuri Martins Dzivielevski: From the leaders to a PLO cooler

Six-time WSOP bracelet winner Yuri Martins Dzivielevski, playing as “vousconfus,” began the PLO final table second in chips with 41,246,058—around 128 big blinds at the restart. Only “tigerseyes” had a bigger stack. At one point during a lengthy five-handed stretch, Dzivielevski was still close to the leaders while Orlando and Hastings were struggling with much smaller stacks.

As play continued, Dzivielevski lost several substantial pots in quick succession, slipping from the leaders into a vulnerable position.

His run ended in a blind-on-blind confrontation. Holding ace-queen-ten-five, he flopped two pair on queen-six-five and committed the remainder of his stack. His opponent held queen-queen-eight-five, however, and had flopped a set of queens. A king on the turn gave Dzivielevski a gutshot straight draw, but a deuce on the river sealed his fifth-place elimination.

His $72,633 total consisted of approximately $48,927 in regular prize money and $23,706 in collected bounties. Although Orlando finished one place higher, Dzivielevski had accumulated more bounty money—a difference that underlines how sharply the knockout component can reshape a player’s final return.

Two returnees, two different kinds of Venom

For Orlando and Dzivielevski, this was not their first shared PLO Venom final table of 2026. In April’s PLO Mystery Bounty Venom, Orlando finished third for $205,380 and Dzivielevski sixth for $96,282, including bounties. October brought them back to the same final table, this time in a Progressive Knockout event.

The format matters. In the October PKOs, eliminating an opponent paid half of that player’s current bounty immediately, while the other half increased the bounty on the eliminator. That structure made the money already earned through knockouts as relevant to the final tally as the payout ladder.

Pedote, Orlando and Dzivielevski did not finish with either October Venom title. But their runs produced a six-figure NLH result, two top-five PLO finishes and a collection of hands worth examining long after the final tables ended. In each case, the decisions and confrontations behind the result are as interesting as the numbers themselves.
